Tier 1 (Mentelle Collection & Mentelle Explorers)
How much does it cost to become a club member?
There is no joining fee to become a club member, you are only charged for the wines you receive.
What are the benefits of becoming a Cape Mentelle wine club member?
As a club member you receive:
- 6 bottles every 6 months featuring museum wines and vertical selections.
- 20% off any wine, merchandise and private experiences
- Free freight on any 6 pack.
- Access to exclusive back vintage wines and pre-release wines.
- Prime access to tickets for the annual International Cabernet Tasting
- Invitation to attend special events
- Winery news
- Direct email contact to the winemaking team
When do I START receivING my club member benefits?
You will receive your club member benefits as soon as you sign up.
When will I receive my first shipment?
You may wish to receive your catch-up selection immediately if you signed up between our Summer and Winter shipments. Otherwise, we despatch wine club shipments bi-annually in July and November.
Am I able to choose which wines to include in my wine club pack?
"Mentelle Explorers" and "Mentelle Collection" are pre-made selections but you are free to replace some of the wines for each season. Please login to your account and go to "club list" to find out which wines are available.
I live overseas, can I join one of your wine clubs?
Please contact us at [email protected] to see the options available. We do have all inclusive packages, which include all duties and taxes for Singapore and Hong Kong. We are however able to ship to most countries.
How do I update my shipping information or credit carD details?
You can login to our website from the top banner and access all your information under "edit profile".
When does my credit card get charged?
Your credit card is charged at the time of each shipment.
How long does my club membership last?
Joining our wine club is a commitment to receive 2 shipments. After these, you are free to let your membership continue or to cancel at any time.
How do I cancel my membership?

How much does it cost to become a club member?
Make an initial purchase of $500 or more at our Cellar Door or on our website to receive your invitation to join the Mentelle Companion wine club
What are the benefits of becoming a MENTELLE COMPANION club member?
As a club member you receive:
- 15% off any wine, merchandise and private experiences.
- Free freight within Australia on any 12 pack.
- Access to exclusive back vintage wines and pre-release wines.
- Invitation to attend special events
- Winery news
When do I START receivING my club member benefits?
You will receive your club member benefits as soon as you sign up.
IS THERE ANY COMMITMENT TO PURCHASE AGAIN to MAINTAIN THE CLUB BENEFITS?
No, there is no commitment to purchase wine again to maintain the benefits.
